1. “Ready for action”??? What are you talking about? A micro penis like that is neither suited for sex nor for masturbation. Hormone levels are usually too low for either one of those options. Masturbating half an inch is too awkward anyhow. The only action which is left is peeing. But you better sit down otherwise it will be a mess. Afterwards shave the little thing and keep it clean. As far as I can tell it’s very cute and it might find many friends here. Then you can truly be proud of it and show it wherever possible. But please don’t talk about “action”.
